Description
JW®7707D is a synchronous rectifier controller for Flyback converters, and JW7707D with external MOSFET can replace the high efficiency schottky diode. If VSW is higher than -500mV or the current between GND and SW is lower than zero, the signal control the external MOS turns off.
Features
1. Supports DCM and Quasi-Resonant Flyback converter
2. Supports High-side and Low-side Rectification
3. No need external power supply
4. Integrated 10mΩ, 60V Power MOSFET
Specification
1. MOSFET breakdown voltage: 60V
2. MOSFET Rdson: 10mΩ
3. Output voltage: 5V to 12V
4. Output current: 3.1A
