  • Description

    JW®7109 is a low on-resistance dual channel fast turn on load switch with programmable turn-on rise time. It contains two n-channel MOSFETS that can provide 6A maximum continuous current per channel. Each channel can operate over an input voltage range of 0.8V to 2.5V.
